Working Process

  • Manure Feeding: Cow dung is conveyed into the machine through a transport device, entering the compression system.
  • Mechanical Compression: A spiral squeezing device in the compression system mechanically presses the cow dung, gradually increasing pressure to remove moisture.

  • Solid-Liquid Separation: The machine efficiently separates solid residue, reducing the volume of cow dung and making it more manageable for further use.

Design

  • Vibration Separation System:
    • Fecal wastewater, pumped by a sludge pump, is directed to a vibrating screen. The screen, through vibration, effectively separates fecal residue from wastewater.
  • Feed and Compression System:

    • Fecal residue separated by the vibrating screen is conveyed outside the machine via a spiral feeding mechanism. Simultaneously, this process further squeezes and separates moisture from the residue.
  • Automatic Cleaning System:

    • After the sewage treatment in the collection tank is completed, the equipment activates a cleaning system. This system flushes the vibrating screen to prevent clogging and ensure uninterrupted operation.
