Working Principle

The chicken manure organic fertilizer production line requires two steps to process commercial organic fertilizer: the preliminary fermentation and processing part and the deep processing and granulation part. Bio-organic fertilizer equipment requires fermentation compost turners, organic fertilizer crushers, drum screening machines, horizontal mixers, disc granulators, rotary dryers, coolers, screening machines, coating machines, packaging machines, and conveyors. Crushing

After fermenting and storing for 1 day, crushing is carried out, and the fermented organic material is dried, crushed and sieved.

Compounding and Mixing

In the process of making a series of special fertilizers, according to different soil conditions and different crops, inorganic nutrients and concentrated organic matter and trace element minerals are added to make the fertilizer contain a variety of nutrients needed for plant growth such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, Sodium, manganese, zinc, copper, etc. According to the formula, the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and fermented materials are mixed by computer, and sent to the special granulator for granulation. The formulation of organic and inorganic raw materials is mixed according to different series of products. Mix well in a blender.

Granulation

Raw materials enter the granulator, add appropriate amount of water or steam, and bond to form granules. After granulation, the materials are sent to the dryer through the belt conveyor for drying. The particle diameter is 3.0-4.0mm, and the granulation rate is more than 80%.

Drying

In the production process of biological fertilizers, not only the water content of the granules after forming generally exceeds the target, and low-temperature drying is required, but also the water content of the organic raw materials after fermentation is about 30% to 40%, and the water content of the granules after granulation is generally 15 % to 20%, the fertilizer quality index requires that the water content be less than 14%, and it needs to be dried.

Cooling

The dried material is sent to the cooler for cooling through the belt conveyor. The cooled material enters the sieve, and the large-grained material enters the return belt together with the sifted powder after being crushed to be conveyed to the granulator for re-granulation, and the finished product enters the automatic packaging system for packaging.

Packaging Process

The cooled granules enter the rotary screen machine for screening, and qualified granules are transported to packing scale for packaging. Unqualified granules are transported to chain crusher for crushing and then re-granulated.

  3. Composting: The dried or semi-dried manure is composted, typically by mixing with other organic materials and turning regularly. Composting breaks down organic matter, reduces pathogens, and stabilizes nutrients.

  4. Fermentation: In some cases, the processed manure undergoes fermentation, where microorganisms further break down organic matter, enhancing nutrient availability and reducing odors.

  5. Granulation/Pelletization: The treated manure can be formed into granules or pellets. This makes it easier to handle, transport, and apply to agricultural fields.

  6. Cooling: Granules or pellets may be cooled to prevent clumping and extend shelf life.

  7. Packaging: The final product is packaged in bags or containers, ready for distribution and use as organic fertilizer.
