Stainless Steel Liquid Fertilizer Mixing Tank

Fermentation tanks range from 100 to 50,000 liters and come in various specifications. They can be classified as small laboratory, pilot production, or large fermentation tanks.

Fermentation tank classification

  • By function: steam and electric heating fermentation tanks.
  • By material: 304 and 316L stainless steel fermentation tanks.
  • By use: fruit wine, beer, yogurt, soy milk, and beverage fermentation tanks.

Liquid Fertilizer Reactor

The multifunctional dispersing reactor combines low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion. It offers various impellers for mixing, dissolving, dispersing, refining, and emulsifying.

Structure of Reactor

  • Main material:  SUS304, SUS316L or SUS321.
  • Mixing system: Frame type, anchor type, paddle type
  • Discharge form: The discharge form of the reactor includes ball valve and lower expansion valve.
  • Surface treatment: Mirror polished, sandblasted, frosted or cold rolled with original color matte treatment.

working principle

  • Raw Material Feeding

    • Manually place bagged powdered raw materials into the feeding port.
    • Open the movable door of the feeding port.
  • Fan Start

    • Start the fan for dust collection. Alternatively, use other conveying devices to feed materials.
  • Material Handling

    • Materials fall into the storage bin. Suspended dust is collected on the filter bag.
  • Dust Accumulation Monitoring

    • Dust accumulates on the filter bag over time, increasing resistance and reducing airflow.
  • Pulse Cleaning

    • The PLC system activates the pulse valve based on dust thickness.
  • Material Collection

    • Cleared material falls into the lower box.

Liquid Fertilizer Filling Production Line

Performance Features

  • Function

    • Automates fluid metering and filling, including bottle feeding, positioning, filling, discharging, capping, sealing, labeling, and coding.
  • Control System

    • PLC control with touch screen for easy parameter adjustments.
  • Filling Method

    • Uses a diving type to reduce foam and handle various materials.
  • Metering System

    • Servo piston filling solves issues with viscous liquids and pastes.
  • Photoelectric Sensor

    • Ensures filling only occurs when bottles are present.
  • Material

    • Made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel; special materials used for strong acid and alkali contact areas.

Chapter 5

Liquid Fertilizer Production Process

  • Raw material preparation: The raw materials of water-soluble fertilizers mainly include major nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, as well as trace elements and other auxiliary substances.
  • Raw material ratio: During the production process, these raw materials need to be accurately proportioned to ensure the nutrient content and balance of the final product.
  • Raw material processing: Raw material processing mainly includes processes such as grinding, screening and filtering. First, the raw materials are ground to grind the granular raw materials into fine powder, and then screened and filtered to remove impurities and larger particles.
  • Mixing: The processed raw materials are mixed together in a certain proportion to produce liquid water-soluble fertilizers with the required nutrient content.
  • Dissolving: The mixed raw materials are added to an appropriate amount of water for dissolution to produce liquid water-soluble fertilizers.
  • Filtration: The dissolved liquid water-soluble fertilizer needs to be filtered to remove undissolved solid matter and impurities.
  • Filling: The filtered liquid water-soluble fertilizer can be filled into containers for sale and use.
