Working Process

Microorganism Selection and Isolation
  • Identify and select beneficial microorganisms like nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria, or mycorrhizal fungi.
  • Isolate and culture these microorganisms from healthy soil or other sources.
Laboratory Culturing
  • Transfer the isolated microorganisms to a suitable growth medium in a controlled laboratory environment.
  • Provide optimal conditions for the microorganisms to multiply, including temperature, pH, and nutrient availability.
Mass Culturing
  • Scale up the laboratory cultures to larger fermentation tanks or bioreactors for mass production.
  • Continuously monitor and control environmental factors to promote rapid microorganism growth.
Harvesting
  • When the microorganisms reach the desired concentration, stop the fermentation process.
  • Separate the biomass of microorganisms from the growth medium through methods like centrifugation, filtration, or sedimentation.
Formulation and Stabilization
  • Mix the harvested biomass with suitable carrier materials (such as peat, compost, or vermiculite) to create a stable and easily applicable product.
  • Add nutrients, minerals, and other additives to enhance the biofertilizer's effectiveness and shelf life.
Packaging and Storage
  • Package the formulated biofertilizer in appropriate containers, such as bags or pouches.
  • Store the packaged biofertilizer in a cool, dry place to maintain its viability and quality.
Packaging Process

The cooled granules enter the rotary screen machine for screening, and qualified granules are transported to packing scale for packaging. Unqualified granules are transported to chain crusher for crushing and then re-granulated.
