The cow manure organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment that uses cow manure as raw material to process organic fertilizer. The crushing system includes our new semi-wet material grinder, LP chain grinder or cage grinder, belt conveyor, etc.
The batching system includes equipment such as an electronic batching system, a disc feeder, a vibrating screen, and 6-8 kinds of raw materials can be configured at a time.
The mixing system is composed of optional horizontal mixer or disc mixer, vibrating screen, mobile belt conveyor, etc.
The granulation system of the organic fertilizer production process requires the use of granulator equipment. The optional granulator equipment includes: compound fertilizer double-roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator, flat film granulator, bio-organic Fertilizer spherical granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, drum granulator, throwing round machine, compound fertilizer special granulator, etc.
The cooling and drying system can be used for drying and cooling with rotary dryers, drum coolers and other equipment.
The screening system is mainly completed by a drum screening machine, which can be equipped with a primary screening machine and a secondary screening machine to make the yield higher and the particles better.
Cow Dung Dewatering Machine: This machine is used to separate the liquid and solid components of cow dung. It removes excess moisture from the cow dung, making it easier to handle and reducing the composting time.
Cow Dung Composting Machine: The dewatered cow dung is then transferred to a composting machine. This machine provides an optimal environment for the decomposition and fermentation of cow dung. It maintains the ideal temperature, moisture levels, and oxygen supply required for the growth of beneficial microbes that break down the organic matter and convert it into compost.
Cow Dung Fertilizer Granulator: After the composting process, the composted cow dung can be further processed into fertilizer granules using a fertilizer granulator. This machine shapes the compost into small, uniform granules, which are easier to handle, store, transport, and apply to crops or gardens.
Drying and Cooling Equipment: In some advanced cow dung fertilizer production systems, drying and cooling equipment may be included. These machines are used to further process the fertilizer granules, remove excess moisture, and lower their temperature, ensuring long-term storage stability.
Screening and Packaging Equipment: After the granulation process, the fertilizer granules may be passed through a screening machine to remove any oversized or undersized particles, ensuring a consistent size and quality. Finally, the granules can be packaged in suitable bags or containers for distribution and sale.
