Working Principle

  • Feeding and crushing: Fertilizer raw materials enter the pulverizer through the feed port, encounter the high-speed rotating rotor and hammer or baffle, and are impacted and crushed into small particles.
  • Screening and adjustment: The crushed particles are screened through a screen or mesh to control the particle size. Larger particles are blocked, and smaller particles pass through the screen and enter the next step of processing.
  • Discharging and finishing: The screened particles are discharged from the discharge port for fertilizer production or further processing. Control work efficiency and particle size by adjusting rotor speed, hammer layout and screen size.

Feeding system

Crushing system

A crushing mechanism composed of rotors, chains, hammers or baffles. The rotor rotates at high speed, and the hammer head or baffle crushes the raw materials through collision and friction with the rotor, breaking them into small particles.

Screening system

This part includes the mesh or mesh, which controls particle size and affects the specification and uniformity of the final product. Large particles are blocked, and small particles pass through the screen to form products of required specifications.
