Working Principle of Pan Fertilizer Mixer

  1. Mixing process: The raw materials are added to the working tank through a charging port. When the mixing wheel starts to rotate, it creates a centrifugal force that pushes the materials outward along the mixing wheel and the walls of the tank.
  2. Collision and dispersion: The centrifugal force causes the particles of the raw materials to collide and rub against each other, resulting in particle fragmentation and dispersion. This promotes the mixing of different components.
  3. Circulating mixing: The rotation of the mixing wheel generates a disc-shaped vortex, causing the raw materials to flow in a circular pattern along the surface of the disc. This circulating motion helps achieve thorough mixing.
  4. Mixing effect: The design and movement of the mixing wheel contribute to the speed and uniformity of the mixing process. The shape and number of mixing wheels can also affect the mixing efficiency.

Rack part

All working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel, and has passed strict process requirements and has achieved the purpose of this machine;

Transmission connection part

This machine uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the main shaft to rotate. The working part of the main machine adopts nylon pins as the transmission connector phase teeth and transmission drive, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance;

Mixing work part

It is transmitted from the transmission wheel to the main shaft through the pin coupling. The materials are evenly turned over in the mixing chamber so that the materials can be fully mixed, thereby minimizing the residual amount of materials.
